Terms & Conditions

At Rolling Haggis we are dependent on the forces of nature and bad weather

can spoil your ride. We ensure that we put your safety first and so it is vital that

on the day of your ride you check the website for any updates. If the weather

forces us to postpone the day we will offer everybody the opportunity to

re-book. If you are again cancelled due to bad weather we will offer a refund

less 10% to cover admin costs.

Rolling Haggis reserve the right to cancel and/or amend all bookings.

All Haggis Rollers must complete a health questionnaire but unfortunately we cannot

accommodate:

• people weighing over 18 stone
• anyone under 5ft or 12 years of age
• anyone who is pregnant
• suffering from high blood pressure
• any heart condition, epilepsy, suffering from or have ever had any back or neck problems
• under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• undergoing medical treatment or have had an operation within the past 12 months.

Parental consent is required up to the age of 18. If you suffer from any other conditions

and are in doubt of your participation please contact us. The judgement of

weight/height (or any other restriction) is final and may be decided upon by the

staff on the day of the ride.

We reserve the right to change and alter all terms of bookings in accordance

with our policy for best practice and operating as a safety first company.
